Returns

At Gen-Z Pharm, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • Proof of purchase is required.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Products marked as non-returnable.

    • Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products due to hygiene concerns.

  3. Process for Returns:

    • Contact our customer support team at customercare@genzpharm.com to initiate a return.

    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label.

    • Return the item using the provided label.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  2. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us directly.
